GUEST ROOM RATES: Tax and gratuity not included. All guest room rates are subject to 8% New York State sales tax and 4% Schuyler County occupancy tax.

SPECIAL: National Holidays /Races/Events/Festivals – A FULL Non- Refundable Deposit will be taken at time of Reservation.

Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional persons will be charged at the rate of $50 per person per night.

Linens are refreshed after every two nights stay in individual rooms to conserve our resources.

RESERVATIONS: All reservations must be guaranteed with a 50% deposit of the total amount due via a major credit card to reserve a room. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards.

All reservations must be made in advance. We do not accept walk-in guests. We reserve the right to change room assignments to one of equal or greater value if necessary.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: We require a 2-night minimum stay on weekends.
We require a 3-4-night minimum stay on ALL HOLIDAY, EVENT, FESTIVAL and RACE weekends, which require a FULL NON-REFUNDABLE payment upon booking.

CHECK-IN: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM
(We can accommodate late Check-Ins with advanced notification.)
CHECK OUT: 11:00 AM

EARLY DEPARTURES: There will be no refunds for early departures.

ALCOHOL: We do not serve alcoholic beverages at this time. Glasses are available if you choose to enjoy a bottle of wine or craft beer that you have purchased from one of our local wineries or craft breweries. We ask that our guests drink responsibly and take into consideration our other guests. Enjoy!

SMOKING – Our property is a smoke free environment. No exceptions.

PETS – We love them, but unfortunately we cannot accept them.

PARKING – We offer plenty of off street parking for your transportation, trailers, and beloved sports equipment.

CHILDREN - Well behaved children over the age of 12 are welcome when accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian at all times.

ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED on our properties for the SAFETY, SECURITY, and PRIVACY of our GUESTS! No firearms, explosives, or fireworks allowed on property.

BREAKFAST - Breakfast is served daily in the guest dining room between 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM. We can accommodate to go breakfast bags for the early risers. Please let us know at check- in. Coffee, Tea, and Bottled Water are available in the guest dining room. When making your reservation please let us know of any dietary requirements you might have. We will try to accommodate them.
